The Content Removal Policy delineates our approach to addressing concerns related to content that may unintentionally resemble real individuals. All content available on Spicestars.ai (the "APP") is exclusively generated through artificial intelligence technology, enabling users to create and engage with AI-generated characters known as AI Companions.

It is crucial to emphasize that any likeness to an actual person is inadvertent and entirely coincidental.

1. Unintended Resemblance to Actual Persons – Intentional Resemblance to Actual

Persons – Violation of law or the Terms of Service Despite the AI-generated nature of the Content on the APP, we recognize that there may be instances where the generated Content unintentionally resembles actual persons. Acknowledging the concerns that may arise in such situations, we are committed to promptly addressing them. Spicestars takes a powerful stand against and does not permit and will not tolerate any form of revenge porn, blackmail, or intimidation, or the creation of any Content that resembles actual persons for such purposes.

If you see any Content and/or become aware of any Interaction you suspect to be in violation of applicable law, third party rights, or of the Terms of Service, please contact us in accordance with this Content Removal Policy.

Following verification and confirmation of a valid content removal request, the specified content will be promptly removed from the APP. Our objective is to complete this process expeditiously while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Should a User believe that any content on our APP bears resemblance to them or another actual person, they can request its removal by reaching out to our support team at legal@omnipink.ai or directly reporting their concern in the APP's "Contact" section. We will thoroughly review the request and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

Our top priority is to respect User privacy throughout the entire content removal process. All requests are treated with strict confidentiality, and we do not disclose any personal information or details of the requests to any third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any Content on or through the APP.
